Preferun Tree Service wants preferun.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we aim to:

• Add text alternatives to meaningful images
• Keep text readable with strong color contrast
• Allow full use with a keyboard alone
• Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
• Write in plain, simple language
• Label form fields clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
